Shipping & Returns

Shipping times can vary based on where you are. To find out your options, head over to our checkout page. You'll see different shipping methods along with their estimated delivery times and costs. Choose the one that fits you best!

We currently ship to; Sweden, Denmark & Finland. More options will be available soon. Drop us a line at hello@dadandi.com and we will update on your specific region as soon as possible.

You have the right to return your items within 14 days of purchase at your cost. All the items must be returned unused with authentic labels and in their original packaging. If the goods returned are not in an resealable conditions, we reserve the right to refuse your return. If there are any promotional gifts included in your purchase, these must also be returned in full. 

We do not refund the original shipping cost associated with your purchase. 

We will process your return as soon as possible upon receiving it, but no later than 6 days after arrival at our warehouse. 

To make a return please contact customer service on how to proceed. A return fee will be deducted from your total, within Sweden 49 SEK and outside Sweden 59 SEK. 

If your package or product have been damaged in shipping please contact customer support for further instructions on how to proceed with you claim.
